The staff were courteous. The breakfast seemed a bit pricey.

The staff were very welcoming, kind and cheerful, treating us and even the children with great care, which left us completely satisfied; the only downside was that there was no on‑site parking, so we had to use a nearby lot.

The staff treated us with great courtesy, making the stay enjoyable, yet we were surprised by how much conversation and everyday noise from other guests on the same floor leaked into the hallway.

Having a conveniently placed outlet in the room was handy, but we had to lock the door ourselves when leaving and received no instructions, so we left valuables unattended and were shocked on return – it felt unsafe; also, more luggage racks would have been helpful.
