The welcome, cleanliness, and price were all good. Unfortunately the building is right on the road, which makes it hard to unload luggage, and that’s the only reason I can’t give it five stars.

Breakfast was wonderfully prepared by the owner Giulia, with cakes baked by her that were amazing. The room was missing a couple of hooks for hanging clothes, and the bathroom could use a mat.

The reception, breakfast, and cleaning service were all excellent. Breakfast itself was also great. The property is well maintained with attention to detail. A pleasant 10‑minute walk takes you to the center, and the entrance to the rooms is on the street, but that didn’t bother us even though we had a motorcycle with luggage that was kindly parked in the courtyard.
