The location was convenient to Niagara Falls State Park, but the property feels a bit dated. Parking costs extra and breakfast is not included; these are just convenience charges that make traveling a bit easier.

After paying over $200 for a room, I was immediately hit with a $200 incident fee and had to pay extra for parking. The pool was disgusting, and there were no meals available unless you spent a lot on overpriced food at the on‑site restaurant. The room itself was dirty, with hair in the tub and all over the air conditioner.
