“Excellent location for the pyramids”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's proximity to the pyramids, which offered an incredible view from the hotel itself. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe and welcomed by the staff, who went out of their way to ensure my comfort and well-being. They even arranged an airport transfer for me, which was a huge plus.

I want to highlight the hospitality of the staff, especially Ahmed, who was very attentive and made our stay unforgettable with his advice and availability; the hotel’s views are priceless, waking up and looking out at the pyramids was unimaginable, thank you for everything.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was a disappointment. Although I had stayed here before and had a decent experience, this time was different. The cleanliness was poor, and the staff at the reception were unfriendly and unhelpful, even neglecting to assist with my luggage.

“Malhonnêteté du personnel, vétusté de l hôtel, heureusement piscine pour se rafraîchir”

I was initially impressed by the pool and the view from my room, which offered a stunning view of the pyramids. However, the hotel's age and lack of cleanliness were major letdowns. The room wasn't cleaned or the trash emptied for three days, and the area around the hotel was quiet with limited shops within an 8-minute walk. Unfortunately, the staff's dishonesty was the final nail in the coffin, as we had some cash stolen from our room and wallet.
