“Nice area outside looks dull but room was decent had cockroaches all over the place”

“I’ll continue to travel from Miami to Tampa, from my doctors appointments and stay there”
The lady who worked at the front desk was very polite and professional. It was my second stay there and just like before the room was very clean. Had the very basics stove, refrigerator and a TV and a nice big bed. That’s all that I need well worth the value. Maybe more warm blankets

“Very disappointing”
The room was clean and beds were comfortable. That is it. I am disabled and use a cane. I needed a downstairs room. I told the woman who checked me in that I needed a downstairs room. She said that all the doubles were upstairs. I said I need to tell my husband about it when he came into the office. She rudely said what are you going to do. I didn't have a choice but to take the room. She was blonde and it was around 3:07pm. I almost fell three times on the stairs. So disappointing. I was so winged by the time I got to the room I had to use my inhaler. I don't think I will be back

Bed was dirty when you take sheets from the bottom of the bed and shower curtain was dirty at the bottom
