“Wow, what a beautiful place surrounded by nature! This was my 2nd visit, my 3rd visit lording !”

The place sits well, rooms are roomy and spotless, and the facilities are solid. Customer service was helpful; I left a towel in my room and it was retrieved the next day, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend it. The food, though, is expensive for the quality and variety, and it feels basic and not worth the money. This was my second visit and I had the same food issues before, so management should focus on improving menu quality, variety, and pricing.

The spot is gorgeous, with a natural vibe and a great location. The staff were friendly, the rooms comfy, and there’s Wi‑Fi and a TV. The food, however, was pricey for what it was, and some areas had a bad odor. The natural pool could use more regular cleaning.

The cabanas are worth a stay and truly beautiful. Amaya is a very attentive and warm staff member who made the visit even better.

“Blij dat ik weg kon”

I was welcomed by a fantastic young lady at reception who knew her job well – top notch. The rest of the staff were friendly but clearly lacked proper training. The restaurant was messy, far from what you expect at a luxury hotel. The night lighting to walk to your room was off. The rooms and restaurant looked shabby, and cleanliness was not up to standard.
