The staff were very welcoming, especially Marco the night manager who was amazing! He was friendly and shared a good laugh with us.

We felt very comfortable at the hotel again, with a warm welcome. Our small dog was also warmly received, and we could even take him to breakfast in a separate room in the morning. The rooms were absolutely fine and especially clean, with daily cleaning and super friendly staff. Breakfast was good and varied. Every wish and need was met, something you rarely experience as at the Berenice Hotel. We could not only store our bicycles but also lock them, had a parking spot for the scooter, and were treated very warmly throughout. Big hugs for the world’s best receptionist “Tango”. The only thing we didn’t like was that the big construction site a street away was still there, but the hotel can’t do anything about that.

The reception lady was very kind to us, she’s from the 5*, and the hotel is in a good location with rooms that are more than enough for two people. The sound insulation isn’t really there; you can hear someone coming back to the neighbor’s room at dawn. Breakfast is tasty but not very varied, which might bother someone on a longer stay; we ate plenty.
