The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a good location, but the AC/heater was terribly noisy, making it hard to sleep, and our beds felt lumpy—one even had a stain on the mattress.

I was happy with the location and the breakfast, and the staff were friendly, but when we first arrived our room was flooded and we couldn't get the same type again. The next room had a sticky carpet that forced me to keep my shoes on, as if it had been shampooed and left to dry, and the walls were streaked with moisture—really frustrating.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, and the shower had good water pressure, but breakfast ended at 9am, the Wi‑Fi was down with no notification until I asked, and no credit was offered for the inconvenience.
