My room was spotlessly clean, which was a big plus.
The hotel's location was a major highlight for me, being just a short walk from the Avlabari station and the old town of Tbilisi.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly.

The reception was simply superb – the entire staff shows incredible warmth, helpfulness, and a wonderful family‑like vibe. Everyone is extremely accommodating, very friendly, and you feel instantly welcomed. The hotel’s position is beautiful and ideal for city travelers: it’s right near the Avlabari center, and the Maidan square area is just a few minutes away. The first sights are practically at the doorstep. The property also impresses with a very nice setup. Breakfast was good and plenty for a decent morning meal. A special shout‑out goes to the departure‑day service: even though I informed them of our early departure very late, they immediately prepared a lunch box for us. That was not only incredibly considerate but also delicious! A real gem in Tbilisi. We’ll definitely return and can recommend this hotel 100 %! There was absolutely nothing to criticize – everything was perfect.

Good location, close to the center, the room is spacious. Nice balcony in the room – almost on the roof. Breakfasts aren’t a frenzy but tolerable – you can survive 2–3 days even with a very moderate selection, but for the price there’s nothing to complain about – 5 minutes from the center. The air conditioning was very loud.
