Location, room comfort (bed,shower,soundproof) and breakfast were all excellent. The only place this property fell shorten on was service. While everyone was very friendly, the majority of the staff was largely inexperienced and not accustomed to working in this class of hotel. I believe this property is operated by Marriott, they could do much better in their hiring practices

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, even after visiting many top luxury properties worldwide; Bvlgari Hotel London truly stands out. The service is exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and cared for—nothing feels like a hassle. The attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth are on another level, making it an outstanding experience I’d gladly return to. Honestly, there was very little to fault; the whole experience surpassed our expectations.
