Very friendly staff, great location with bus or S-Bahn connections, excellent breakfast buffet. The signage for the underground parking was hard to read; without insider knowledge it was difficult to find.

The hotel is very good, comfortable, and the rooms are clean. The bathroom with its shower is unbeatable. On the night of Friday 3 October at 23:10, I entered the café, full of people eating with empty tables, and the waiter refused to serve me, claiming that if he did, he wouldn't close at his time. My partner and I were coming from the street, drenched, it was pouring, and we couldn't go elsewhere. The hotel offers the café service until 12 am, so I find that totally inappropriate.

I liked the spot between sea and city, and when I caught the right person the staff were helpful; the courtyard was nice for breakfast, though sometimes the staff seemed unfriendly or unhelpful.

A nice, clean hotel in a beautiful spot in Valencia. A good breakfast and pleasant reception staff. Our stay was wonderful! No complaints.
