It’s away from city noise and surrounded by nature. It feels pricey for what’s actually offered. I think it’s somewhat overvalued. The menu didn’t have many items, the cocktails were similar. The pool was icy, some parts of the hotel already look worn, so maintenance is needed.

They were super attentive and generous with the room décor, plus the place is well equipped. The Junior Suite is spectacular, comfortable and private, the pool and jacuzzis are perfect, the spa area is spectacular with a beautiful view, and the masseuses are really good, the Turkish bath is also wonderful. The restaurant isn’t as good for its price; they could adjust the prices or make the kitchen put more effort into flavors and plating. It would also be nice if they improved the natural fences of the suites for more privacy, although they’re not bad.

We loved the friendly staff, they were very attentive and diligent, the facilities are good, the pool, jacuzzis and rooms are immaculate! They gave us a generous courtesy in the room décor; the Spa Spot is spectacular and the massage is delightful, the Love and Friendship dinner was very good. The Junior Suites are the best! The restaurant menu has slightly high prices for a chef who doesn’t seem to put much effort into seasoning and presentation, so either improve the taste and plating or adjust the prices. The gardens could also be improved so the natural fences provide a bit more privacy.
