The staff were very friendly and the location of the property is also very nice, but the furnishings feel a bit dated because of the age of the building.

The breakfast was great, the room comfortable, and the thermal baths were pretty good; it was convenient that we could use the baths until the end of the day on our departure. However, getting there in the evening was difficult because the GPS led us to the back yard and it was unclear where to go, and we had to walk quite far to reach the thermal complex, which is what we came for.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, the dinner disappointed us; there was a lot of pre‑made food, from salads to croutons in the soup to desserts, and although there was plenty of it, it was kept warm under heat lamps and should be replenished more often. I must say I did enjoy a tasty pork belly that the staff sliced and plated fresh, but the fish tasted almost nothing, almost unseasoned. Breakfast was excellent, but again the rule of preparing less and making fresh dishes more often is crucial for us on vacation, so I can only give a 7.
