“Nice hotel except for the thin walls.”

Convenient for the dental work I had to get done, a decent price, and a clean, safe location. The walls are VERY thin. Whoever was in the room above us must have had active kids or something because there was a lot of heavy walking and dropping stuff well after midnight, making it hard to rest. I almost called the front desk but thought they’d just have us move, which would have been even more exhausting. I didn’t get much sleep because of that. Luckily there was Showtime on the TV, so I watched movies until the noise finally died down.

“great staff,good stay”

staff was wonderful-very caring,went above and beyond,breakfast was ok-could have more variety of fresh fruit. no fan on bathroom,needs more trash cans in room-only 2 small ones-needs big one by kitchen and outside bathroom sink,more towels needed-only 1 set per occupant(Yes I know I could of called to desk and ask for more but not at 5am);lamp pole on desk was broken and kept falling over;Hallways had no A/C and were humid and musty.I know these seem like little things to some but at the price I paid I expect better

“Overall very pleasant.”

The staff was outstanding! I had noise from above my room several times and they handled it very well. A gentleman named Mr. Shydel Moore (same last name as me, but no relation) added a fun banter about our names being the same, making the experience more personal. He was kind, professional, and accommodating. The walls and floors were thin—no exaggeration. I feel that if they were thicker, I wouldn’t have been disturbed by the trampling above my head from other guests keeping me awake at night.

The staff were very helpful and let me check in early, but the plumbing needs general improvement.
