The staff’s service was very good, but some of the equipment is a little worn out.

I loved the complimentary wine and the tasty sweets, and although the place shows some wear, the cleaning is generally thorough (some guests have complained about dirt, perhaps it varies by staff). They also serve honey toast at the affiliated karaoke venue, which would be great to share with someone special. The “adults only” policy made me feel a bit out of place traveling alone, but otherwise I had no issues.

The location next to the station was convenient and the food and drinks selection was solid, yet the room felt overpriced, the layout was awkward, and the staff were lounging and chatting, making me wait for checkout.
