No complaints. The bathroom’s ventilation fan doesn’t work, so the glass fogs up and the toilet smells bad.

清潔で食事も多種、美味、美味しかった。スタッフの皆さんの応対も良い様に思います。. 隣が外人で夜中の１〜３時位に寝返りで壁に当たりドン、ドンとうるさく、寝れなかった。フロントに確認すると27日でチェックアウトとの事で28日は静かだった。

お部屋の清潔感があった. 宅配便を自宅から送っていたのに…受け付けに到着していても、何の連絡もなく、目的の所へ持って行けなかった‼️ こちらが電話して聞くまで、到着していることさえ知らなかったです 到着して1日以上経っていた
