A quiet spot in nature, a big terrace in the restaurant, tasty food, and a large lawn with sun loungers in front of the hotel. The outside stairs to the restaurant still need fixing—one or two steps were loose. They should be cordoned off to reduce the risk of accidents.

The mattress was excellent and the room slept well; the bathroom was fine. In the hallway, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and some of the access stairs were unusable. Breakfast was definitely not a four‑star experience. The staff couldn’t do anything about it and tried to be helpful.

Nice location, very clean room. We arrived ten minutes late (traffic) and everything was locked. I tried to reach out but got no response. The hotel is remote in the mountains and far from the city. We panicked, luckily a resident came and let us in. If you’re a four‑star hotel, the reception shouldn’t be closed—an outside guest walking without a key would freeze to death. We’d have slept in a car in the wilderness. The check‑in was at 10, it was normal, but we had paid, so there should have been an emergency phone.

Personal war sehr freundlich :-). Es war was von Pool geschrieben - nicht gefunden 🤔. Was aber auch nicht schlimm war 🤣. Sauna war OK
