It’s a small hotel with a wonderful view of Mtatsminda and all of Tbilisi. The staff were friendly, the breakfast tasty, the beds comfortable, and the rooms were very clean with good air conditioning. We didn’t have enough closet space, the rooms were small, and the hotel is in a residential area, so it’s a bit far to walk from the Tbilisi Square, especially in the evening.

We loved the terrace and the fact that someone was always at the front desk; arriving two hours early they practically gave us a room on the spot. The hotel is nicely decorated with old town pictures and feels clean, though the room felt cramped for our medium‑sized suitcase and we probably missed a real (non‑instant) coffee at breakfast.

Everything was great for the price. Even though the hotel is a bit inside the neighborhood, it’s not far from tourist spots. The Avlabari station is very close. The Samoba Cathedral is right next to the hotel. At night I left the hotel for a market trip and had no security issues. If I go back to Tbilisi, I’ll stay here again. The staff were also very kind.
