The location was great and the host’s communication was excellent. The only drawback was that the flat sits on the 4th floor without an elevator, a fact that wasn’t mentioned before booking. This was especially tough when I had luggage and kids.

The spot was convenient, close enough to the city center and the station for a short weekend in Naples. The manager was friendly (though there was no in‑person check‑in, only via WhatsApp) and gave good tips on places to visit. It’s cheap and tidy. The room has no window facing outside, which feels illegal in Italy and gives a claustrophobic vibe with no natural light at any time of day. The flat isn’t wheelchair‑accessible and sits on the fourth floor of an apartment building with steep stairs. I would strongly advise against booking here if you have mobility issues. The room isn’t sound‑proofed, so we could hear people entering the corridor and the chatter from the room next door very clearly at night.
