The breakfast was good, but the parking directions were unhelpful.

The concierge was friendly and answered my questions politely; I could walk to the convenience store without getting wet, and there’s an umbrella available whenever I need it. The bathroom has an emergency call button, which gave me peace of mind because I’m not feeling well. I wish the laundry area could be cleaned of dust.
