Vaperse Hainan Clear Water Bay

Our family had an unforgettable break – the hotel itself was stunning and Ben from the staff went out of his way to look after us. The restaurant felt like a top‑tier eatery; breakfast was solid and dinner offered so much beef, lamb and chicken that we couldn’t possibly try it all. The beach was clean, the water crystal‑clear, and we could swim whenever we wanted. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that was lacking.

The place is huge and pleasant, a truly lovely spot for families. Our butler, Yori (小艳), was always on the ball and friendly, making everything run smoothly. Everything felt spacious and well‑kept, which added to the relaxed vibe.

The hotel impressed us with a gorgeous beach, beautiful pools, and staff who were always ready to help and very attentive. Everything else was spot‑on, making our stay enjoyable. The only let‑down was that the water park we’d chosen the hotel for was closed for renovations when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing.

“We had a good experience”

Location and beach access were excellent, and the kids’ activities were a hit—though many of them required an extra fee. I loved the spa session, and Xue Qi, the personal assistant for our room, was consistently helpful. On the third day both rooms developed a slight odor, but housekeeping dealt with it promptly, so it never really affected the stay.

This resort is perfect for a holiday with children; everything is set up to keep the kids happy and entertained. I didn’t encounter any problems at all.
