Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The bed was huge and the mattress excellent. During breakfast, the menu was collected before I could place an order, so I couldn’t order anything beyond the buffet; the staff said there was a shortage of personnel. Too bad.

Cleanliness, comfort, and bed size were good. The location on a street full of hotels, close to the train station and near the old part, is convenient. When we arrived, we were told the room wouldn’t be cleaned for the entire 3‑night stay because of a problem with the cleaning company, and that we could request fresh towels at reception if we wanted. That’s not what you expect from a 4‑star or higher hotel. They should have informed us before payment (even during the online check‑in email) so we could decide. A sheet in the room repeated this and offered the minibar for free as compensation, which doesn’t make sense instead of a price reduction for the services not provided. After we expressed our dissatisfaction, the room was cleaned daily (and well). Also, in a chain that originated in Spain, staff who speak Spanish would be appreciated.

The hotel meets the standard of a business property and the beds are very good. The bathroom feels a little dated, but the rooms are generous.
