“Zentralind hübsch, aber mit Abzügen in der B-Note”

The hotel, tastefully decorated in Jugendstil and situated in central Budapest, features stylish brass fixtures with playful window panels. The staff are extremely friendly and speak excellent English. However, the brass drain in the shower sometimes needs attention, otherwise water drips into the bathroom. A construction site right next to the hotel ends the night at 07:00 am, and a new building will be erected there in September 2026; learning about this only after a non‑cancellable booking dampened the overall positive impression.

The deluxe room was perfectly fine, but the individual defects had not yet been fixed (the safe doesn’t work). For breakfast we could choose from a variety of delicious options on the menu, and the very friendly staff fulfilled our wishes. 👍

“Incrível, voltarei para este hotel.”

The service was amazing, people were very polite and kind, and the breakfast was fantastic. The location is strategic, close to the main eastern tourist spots. The bathtub (the place for bathing) was lacking.

“Localização, mas com reforma de outro prédio ao lado”

The location is excellent and the staff were helpful. The photos on the website do not reflect the real state of the room and reception maintenance. In September 2026 a renovation was underway in the building next to the hotel; at 07:15 am the noise from a complex construction began, disturbing our sleep.

“Loved my stay and would definitely return.”

Did not expect brasserie to be so fantastic, with excellent food and outstanding cocktails. Room needed a scale! Electric door lock quite finicky to open
