Everything was great. The downside is that it sits on a hill. I drove wherever I wanted, but walking was exhausting, though there was a free bus to the beach.

The staff were helpful and polite, and every facility, including the spa, was perfect; the room was large enough and the bed comfortable. The pool and spa area were very nice and relaxing. However, the hotel is far from the beach and the road is very steep to go downhill and climb. They do offer a shuttle to the beach, but only at fixed times. The rooms feel a bit outdated, with some wallpaper peeling and a bathroom drain that doesn’t work well; every shower required us to scoop water from the bedroom.

The parking is closed. The room is large and clean. It smelled bad, probably from cigarettes, and there was no soundproofing.

The staff and restaurant were very cozy. The pool area was clean and tidy. The room cleaning was poor: hair in the bed, dirt on the floors, a lot of dust on the bed frame, cat droppings in the hallways, lukewarm food, hair in the shower drain, and sticky laundry.

I’ve stayed here six times now and each visit still leaves me thrilled; the staff are incredibly kind, pleasant and knowledgeable, the place is fantastic, and the view is stunning—just look at the sea and the pool from the property itself. Nothing to complain about, everything is flawless.
