The cleaning was good and breakfast was nice, but there was some metro noise.

The breakfast was good, the facilities were nice, and the staff were attentive and helpful, especially Hugo who was at reception at night. Cleaning failed on two days: on those mornings we left a “label” on the door around 9 am asking for cleaning, but when we arrived between 16 – 17 h the room had not been cleaned; the excuse was that rooms being vacated had priority, but it seemed more a lack of planning. Breakfast replenishment was slow and the table cleaning was also delayed, suggesting the hotel didn’t have enough staff for its tasks.

Everything worked out fine, the hotel sits right in front of the metro station exit, breakfast was good, the staff were Brazilian and friendly, and there were several restaurant and snack bar options. The room felt a bit small and I had trouble with the air conditioning, but everything else was fine and the staff waited for us to finish our meeting before letting us leave the room and they were kind.
