“Good for a short stay, especially if you have your own vehicle. Auto are available about 200 meters”

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes that were all delicious and well prepared; the location is good if you have your own vehicle, though getting a taxi is a little pain. The hotel staff was not very responsive, the Wi‑Fi stayed non‑functional despite repeated reminders, and even basic room service requests like replenishing tea and coffee supplies required multiple follow‑ups.

“Good location; Good Ooty view from the hotel”

Overall a pleasant stay, but there were some room logistic issues: the geyser (heater) wasn’t functioning and the cable TV wasn’t working. I reported them to the staff and they fixed them on the same day.

The hotel is very quiet, tucked away on a hilltop in a dead end, and we had a nice view of the valley and surrounding hills from our room. We also really enjoyed the dinner. The hotel manager was very helpful and organized individual excursions and hikes in the beautiful surroundings for us.

“U can’t charge for heater, as it is customary to provide for clients staying free of cost”

The location is nice, but the breakfast was not good and it was very cold.
