“Premium hotel in excellent location”
We found the hotel to be very nice and perfectly situated, with friendly staff, a great pool area, and solid breakfast facilities – all of which made our stay enjoyable. However, this was our second visit and we were disappointed to receive a ground‑floor room instead of an upper floor like we had before, as we believed the upper floor offered a more premium feel and a nicer view. The ground‑floor room was a bit darker, lacked a view, yet the price remained unchanged; it seemed we might have been upgraded without our knowledge. Additionally, the sunbeds on the beach were priced higher than we expected for hotel guests. These points were minor and did not diminish our overall holiday experience.
