“Avoid at all costs!!”
Nothing as they didn’t let me check in despite full payment. TL;DR: Booked and paid nearly a month in advance. Four days before check-in, they said they had no rooms and moved us to another hotel. After we checked into the alternative hotel and spent a night there, they forced us to move back, then refused to let us check in. hours wasted, multiple calls to , and we had to book another hotel ourselves. Avoid at all costs. Detailed Review: This was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. I booked 2 rooms almost a month before my stay and paid in advance. Four days before check-in, they called saying they had no rooms available and shifted my family to Hotel Premji Dwarka. Their explanation was that there had been a “ glitch.” Since the booking was already paid for and Hotel Premji Dwarka seemed acceptable, we agreed. We checked into Hotel Premji Dwarka on 10 June and spent the night there. The next morning, while we were out sightseeing, we received a call saying we now had to leave Hotel Premji Dwarka and move back to The Malay Comfort – Hotel Dwarka Residency. Had this been communicated beforehand, we could have planned accordingly or cancelled. Instead, they disrupted our trip midway through. I was travelling with my 71-year-old grandmother, who has difficulty walking, making the situation even more frustrating. When we questioned this, the property manager became aggressive and insisted that we either move or accept a refund because someone else had booked Hotel Premji Dwarka. later agreed that the situation was highly unprofessional and approved compensation for the inconvenience. We then packed our luggage and travelled back to The Malay Comfort – Hotel Dwarka Residency as instructed. After all that, they refused to let us check in. They suddenly claimed that the compensation approved by meant the booking had been cancelled, even though the reservation remained active. had to intervene multiple times
