All the staff were warm and attentive, especially the lady in the rabbit, chicken, and bird area who guided and introduced herself to our kids with great care, and the reception helped me with a special request even though the resort was crowded, making our family vacation complete. However, the gaming room had a lot of holes and there was no air conditioning.
