Only one lady was friendly. The owner or manager is a rude, bad‑mood, ill‑talked‑to English speaker who is very disrespectful. Be careful with this hotel; they almost kicked us out after a few minutes, there’s no 24‑hour reception, and the old guy is detestable and doesn’t like his job. He handled us through an external speaker and called us three times before a lady finally helped; I will never stay here again. Don’t risk it; the owner is the worst. Booking should remove this place from promotion.

“Like the hotel, the restaurant we found was pretty good too. The Titllis mountain is disappointing.”

The location is great, just a short walk from the Titlis start point and the train station. The breakfast is standard, and the room is spotless. They gave us a small bottle of lotion, which was a nice touch. The hotel is well maintained and the room feels modern.

The staff were very friendly, the room was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchenette was well designed. The breakfast was basic, but the coffee was excellent.

The hotel is conveniently situated with a stunning mountain view, offering good value. The staff are very pleasant. The pillow feels a bit soft, and the bathroom door is slightly low for taller guests.

The hotel’s location is excellent, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is plentiful, and the sauna feels very intimate. Nothing to complain about.
