The breakfast was excellent.
The room was spotless and tidy, and the staff were courteous and helpful.
The front‑desk lady was pleasant and helpful, and the housekeeping staff were considerate, but the pillows were flat, the bed shifted when we turned, making it impossible to sleep well all night; the hallway was excessively long and gave a strange feeling, especially with the mirror you keep seeing as you walk.
Pets were welcome, the room was very large and tidy, a bit dated but well maintained, the breakfast was filling, the sledding track had been renovated (though we didn’t get to try it), and both the night‑shift and day‑shift front‑desk staff were very friendly; the environment was a hit with kids, so we’ll definitely return.
