The staff were the friendliest and most helpful, and the rooms and grounds looked even prettier in person. Turn‑down service with bedtime stories was such a cute touch! Our butler Toto gave great recommendations and secured restaurant reservations even at the last minute. I loved every moment of our stay. The spa treatments were super expensive and not worth the money, unfortunately.

The location is excellent and the service is outstanding – the private concierge, Toto, was very helpful. The apartments are gorgeous, and every day a guided trip to a Buddhist temple is included. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of à la carte options. On the downside, the main pool area could be better maintained; the terrace around it wasn't the cleanest. The restaurant prices are very high and the food is mediocre compared to the excellent local eateries, and the spa feels the same way.
