“It’s like a forest resort hotel for couple”

One of the best hotels I have had stayed in Japan; tucked in a small forest with an English-theme 100% throughout the hotel, including breakfast restaurant. Bedroom is spacious. Staff are all excellent, including the manager, Mr Isuru, who speak English. Fact: although hotel is 4km from Karuizawa Shinkansen/local station and with complimentary check-in pick-up (btw 2:00-5:00pm) and checkout drop-off. On our second day free & easy day we got a free drop off at Naka-Karuizawa station (1km away nearer to hotel) for the 10:32am local train to Karuizawa station. Nope

“食事、スタッフの対応が良かった”

They were friendly. I would have liked lighting above the washbasin and the dresser in the room.

The location was good. The room was cozy but could fit plenty of luggage, and the bed was comfortable. There was no elevator to the second floor, but the staff kindly helped with the luggage.

The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly with smiles. No issues.
