The food variety and quality were excellent, and the staff were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt cozy. However, we had to move the couch to use the pull‑out bed. The dishes were clean but left in the dishwasher instead of the drawers, and one drawer was falling apart.

Breakfast was great, and the location is close to a grocery store, restaurant, coffee shop, and gas station. The laundry price is steep, though I understand they can’t control it; perhaps they could partner with a company that doesn’t add extra fees on top of the high rate.

I thought the room was just the right size for my family, and the loft upstairs gave us a bit of privacy from the downstairs area. Having three beds in the same room meant everyone had their own space without having to pay for an extra room. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the neighborhood felt very safe. This was my second visit in the last two months. On the downside, the stairs to the loft and the loft itself weren’t vacuumed, and we found no soap in the upstairs bathroom, which made it feel less clean than the downstairs. There were also some maintenance issues, like a crayon mark on the wall left by previous guests.

The hotel was tidy, the beds were comfortable, and it was close to several restaurants. On our second night, around 12:30 AM, a party of teenagers ran around loudly, and by 1:30 AM the noise was so intense we couldn’t sleep, as if someone was shooting at the doors. We called the front desk, and the gentleman told us that several complaints had already been received and that he would call the police to remove the troublemakers. The police arrived but no one was removed, and the noise, though slightly less, persisted. By 2 or 3 AM everyone finally fell asleep, but at 7 AM the noise started again. Other guests also called the police. When I checked out, I spoke to Omar at the front desk about the experience; he said it happens and that there’s nothing more he can do. I hope this isn’t a regular issue at the Sonesta brand, as I’ve never seen it before at any other hotel.

Love the two levels . And the location. Was surround by good food paces . Good breakfast bar , pool was still open . The stains on carpet and walls needed fresh paint
