“We had a wonderful stay, the staff were amazing!”
The view was excellent, but the room could use some modernisation as it looked tired.

The location was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a sea‑view room that was spacious and well sound‑proofed—despite the busy road, you hear nothing once the doors are shut. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and not rushed, the coffee was excellent, and we appreciated being able to order eggs beyond the scrambled offered at the buffet at no extra cost. Nothing to complain about; I’ll stay at the Juliani again if I return to Malta.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. We’ll definitely come back to this hotel next year.

Honestly, despite my high hopes, two stars is the most I can give. The hotel is average, breakfasts are weak, service is okay but nothing special. It’s ridiculously expensive for what it offers; paying 1500 eur for four nights, I expected more. I’ll add a bonus star for the nice rooftop pool. In short, given the price‑to‑quality ratio, it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in worldwide. Not recommended.

The view of Spinola Bay is spectacular from this place, our room faced the entire bay and the Mediterranean beyond. Traffic in Malta is bad and unpredictable, but that’s nothing the hotel can control.
