The location was fine. When we checked in, the room had a strong cleaning‑product smell, the Wi‑Fi was terrible and we could barely connect, the acoustic insulation was poor and we could hear a lot of hallway noise while sleeping, and there was no hot water the first night, so we could only shower with cold water.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, the location close to the beach was great, and it was very clean. The rooms were very noisy, though.

I liked the room; it was very pretty, but the air‑conditioner button didn’t work.

The staff were all so up beat, helpful and real. The View I had was super of the mountains, the hotels in the distance, the pools. But on top of all the great features . My stay was upbeat and fun because a class of students. In their free time kept, it entertaining with staff . Music excellente !!! I will look nowhere else to stay !!! I will be returning next year. God willing !!!
