“Décevant pour le prix très élevé .”

The garden view, the pool, the hotel lounges, and the terrace with a stunning view were nice. We’re not Americans, yet we tried to spend over €400 a night for three nights and the excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The room was very old and impractical, the bathroom didn’t work, there was only one towel hook, no place for toiletries, and no shelf. The window didn’t seal, and the TV by the bed was useless (have you ever watched TV by turning your head?). The breakfast staff were indifferent; you always had to ask for missing items, which should be automatic. Prunes and fruit salad were missing, and we had to look for them without waiting for customers to ask. The switches were faulty, and the bathroom neon lighting was erratic. The high price of more than €400 a night doesn’t match the quality offered.

“Perfect hide away in the city”

Central, but away from the bustle of Sorrento. The hotel is very well maintained and offers great value for money. They didn’t provide a shuttle to town.

I loved the hotel’s location, easy access to Sorrento and public transport. The room was a good size with a balcony, clean and comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were lovely. The garden and interior design were outstanding, and the pool area was kept immaculate. The pool/space closed early, at 6.30, so it would have been nice to have more time at the end of the day to relax and read. The continental breakfast options were limited, especially yogurt and cereal. The rooftop cocktail prices were high and served in plastic glasses; paper cups in the room were plastic, which could have been better.

Breakfast was excellent and catered to many tastes. The room was great, with a balcony that offered a daily sunset view. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean, almost brand new. Reception staff were very courteous. The pool was very good, and the bar and restaurant were excellent. The rooftop was wonderful. Highly recommended.
