The hotel was conveniently close to the outlets and the staff were friendly enough to move us twice because of hygiene and the room’s condition, but the rooms themselves left a lot to be desired. The room smelled damp, the bathroom door was hard to open and close, lighting was scarce, the carpet was in bad shape, the air‑conditioning barely cooled, and we found dead cockroaches near the beds along with trash on the bedding.

The pool was nice, but there was no breakfast. The room needed new paint, new carpet, or a thorough cleaning, and the microwave was gross.

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom had small amenities, the water hit hot and cold within seconds, and even though the hotel sits on the highway we didn’t feel it. The TV was old‑style and the pool wasn’t open at night, but otherwise everything was perfect!

The room was decent for the price, with hot water, air conditioning, towels, and soap all present. Cleaning was good. Everyone except the front desk staff was friendly and helpful; I thank Veronica for all her attention during our stay. There were plenty of parking spots. The receptionist lacked the willingness to help and wasn’t very friendly, so that was a downside.
