Spotless. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Quiet. Check‑in was lovely and seamless. The pillows were far too soft; that’s the only thing I’d change.

As usual, the unit was good, quiet, and close to a restaurant we like to visit, though the RSA we used to frequent is now only open a few nights a week. Parking near the front of the unit is convenient. The bathroom needs hooks for hanging clean clothes or towels, because we don’t want to leave anything on the floor or toilet seat. We’re disappointed that there’s no Sky TV; we only have a Sky subscription and couldn’t figure out how to connect our account (perhaps we need Sky Go?) to the TV. There was an option for Sky Sports, but we don’t watch sports, so the TV was very disappointing with no good entertainment at night. We need a proper Sky setup or clear, simple instructions on how to link our Sky account from our phone to the TV, so we can use it like others do with their apps, set up a program, pause, and resume. We don’t understand any fancy jargon, just plain, simple words.
