Nothing. I wasn’t given a room because of an app error; when I arrived the room I had booked was already occupied.

The hot water in the shower takes an awful long time to come out, and it’s a shame to waste so much water.

The location in the city center is very good, but there was no hot water in the shower and no fan to deal with the heat.
