The hotel sits right next to Universal parks and offers free transfers, which made getting around a breeze. Getting a bus from the line and strolling along International Drive was easy, and there are plenty of nearby spots for food and delivery. Having a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in the room made meals a lot easier. The pool and gym were nice, and I’d definitely come back. I didn’t notice any shower area cleaning during my 9‑day stay, though towels were changed daily.

The property itself is nice, with a store, restaurant, and two pools, which is wonderful. The elevators get hot and seem in need of repair; one elevator at the far end of the 3000‑floor block lacks current certification and its 6th‑floor button malfunctioned, forcing us to use the stop on the 5th floor. Janitorial staff were rude, with one woman telling my husband and me to hurry past her on our way to the pool. The toilet in our room smelled of sewage when flushed twice, and the shower didn’t drain properly. We could hear neighboring rooms flushing and showering. We’ve stayed twice here, and this visit wasn’t as pleasant as the first time in July.
