The staff was so helpful and friendly. You felt like you were in a palace from the 1700's, very quaint. Perfect spot to see the city right from the hotel. The pillows were a bit bulky. Also the sink faucet needs to have the filter changed so it won't spray everywhere

This hotel has a fantastic location and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I didn't really have any issues during my stay, everything was smooth and hassle-free.
