Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was calm; the deck is lovely for relaxing. Communication from the host was outstanding. Nothing else was lacking—everything was wonderful.

The caravan stay offered great value for money. There was no gate outside.

The location and kid‑friendly facilities were good, but the room was left unclean when we arrived, needing some TLC. The bathroom light had an old plastic ring from a milk bottle as the pull‑handle, and cleaning tools were left in the bathroom—unideal with children. The cushions and sofa were filthy, causing my daughter a rash. Wifi was listed but performed poorly throughout our stay. We paid an extra £25 for our dog, yet we left the place cleaner than when we got there.

Lovely little caravan, clean and provided bed linen which was a bonus. Ideal base for family of 4. Nothing to dislike really, would feel a bit cramped during colder seasons with 4 people but fine for summer when you are not in the van too much. The site itself though around the pub and chippy area was filfy. Rubbish absolutely everywhere
