“Disgusting”

There was nothing good to say. The odor, the filthy corridors, and the lack of hot water throughout our stay—though we were told it was fixed—meant we only had warm water for less than a minute. I wouldn’t consider this a three‑star property. No one was there when we arrived, and even after complaining, the friends staying there couldn’t get a working TV. Paying £121 per night was a rip‑off, and there was no breakfast offered at all (though I probably wouldn’t have wanted to eat there anyway).

“Poor”

The rooms didn’t look clean; the first room had no TV remote, and after moving to another room it was just as unpleasant, with wallpaper peeling off the wall. There was no plug near the sink and a toilet brush was lying on the bathroom floor. The location was also a drawback.

The village was lovely, close to our event, with a nice pub and friendly staff, but the shower tray had mould all around, which made me hesitant to use it.

The bar was nice, the food was good, drinks were nice, and the staff were pleasant. The room wasn’t great, the light wasn’t working, it was dusty and cobwebby, and the worst part was that we couldn’t even have a shower because it was running cold.

“Echt wel toe aan een update qua badkamer”

The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of the village. Everything feels very dated, and the bathroom definitely needs an update. The café downstairs smells strongly of sewage, making it unpleasant to have a drink or eat there.
