I liked the location and the comfort. The only issue is the bunk beds; the upper ones move too much and it’s scary that the person below might fall.

There was a large bed and a bunk bed. The hot water and shower pressure were good. The internet almost always failed. The air conditioning was dusty. There were problems with the remote and it was impossible to contact staff via WhatsApp, which they left at reception before going to rest. The curtains were dirty and the sheets had stains (from food or spilled liquids). There was quite a bit of noise from the nearby café and a lack of parking.

Good location, good price, comfortable beds. There is no elevator or parking, the internet is unstable, and some facilities were in bad condition, such as a broken kitchen cabinet.
