There were staff who spoke Japanese. I wish the cleaning had been a bit more frequent.

The room was spacious, but the view on every floor was blocked by building railings and there was no stirrer for coffee.

I didn’t have breakfast and the location wasn’t bad, but the room I got had no lights and the TV wouldn’t work. The staff’s response was extremely slow and the TV never got fixed; they offered to move me to a smaller room, and when I asked for a price adjustment they told me to contact the booking site.

I had an unexpected electric fault on my first day, but the hotel staff immediately upgraded me to a fantastic room, which was a lovely surprise. The rest of my stay was perfect, with no hiccups or issues to report. The hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
