We booked our birthday stay six months ahead for a specific room my wife wanted, confirmed it before departure, and when we arrived we were given a very basic, less expensive room for the same expensive price we paid—insane. The room was old, run down, dirty, damaged, and just not what we usually get when we come to Vegas three times a year. No more Cosmo for us. The location is great.

The Cosmopolitan is truly spectacular—everything from the atmosphere to the design feels luxurious and larger than life. Walking in, you immediately know this isn’t just a hotel; it’s an experience. Our room on the 45th floor gave us unforgettable views and vibes that are hard to describe, yet bold, glamorous, and vibrant, just like the Las Vegas we imagine. Despite a few hiccups, we loved our stay and would gladly return. The biggest let‑down was the front desk staff: they were extremely unfriendly, cold, and unwelcoming, which felt out of place at a place of this caliber. Their dismissive attitude was disappointing. The lobby and public areas are naturally lively, and the loud music played all evening, so much so that we could hear it from our room on the 45th floor at night—something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Still, it didn’t ruin the experience; after all, it’s Vegas, baby!

מלון מפנק בוגאס עם מיקום מרכזי באמצע הסטריפ. לקחנו חדר עם נוף למזרקות של בלז׳יו, והייתה בו גם אמבטיה זוגית בחדר הרחצה שמשקיפה לנוף. מיטה גדולה ונוחה. חדר עצום עם סלון וחדר ארונות. שווה כל שקל! הקטע עם ה-100$ ליום למאכלים ולמשקאות ממש נוח - יש הרבה מסעדות ברשימה שאפשר לנצל. המסעדות במלון פשוט מעולות אחת אחת! ולא כאלה יקרות. התורים לקבלה ארוכים: חיכינו הרבה גם בצ׳ק אין וגם בצ׳ק אווט (כחצי שעה)
