It was in the heart of everything. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean, and everything else was good.
“Good but one night with a very wet bed, poor customer support when needed.Very poor communication.”
The room and décor were excellent, but we had a leaking roof that left the bed very wet. The owner had left a contact number for emergencies, but it was unusable. We haven’t heard from the owner or received an apology, though the manager Jan was excellent. The property itself is great in every way, but the owner needs to improve customer care significantly.

The hotel sits right across from the Winter Gardens, which was perfect because we were going to a concert. Nothing was wrong—everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was lovely, especially the full English which was spot on, and the food quality was good. The room came with bottled water and all the toiletries you could need. I’d definitely stay again.
