The location is close to everything but still a bit away from the bustle of Khaosan Road, and the room was spacious enough for seven people. When we arrived, a large 4×4 was parked right in front of the door with no signage indicating the hotel, so we drove past it several times before realizing we were there; we ended up spending several hours searching for a way to contact someone, and no one answered the phone numbers we tried. It would have helped to have a small piece of furniture for luggage.

“Didn’t stay need full refund. As per the confirmation from Hotel.”

I got an email a day before my trip saying the room I booked was unavailable because of maintenance and that I could either get a full refund or a different room. Since I was flying from New Zealand, I saw the email on the day of my flight while I was still in the air and couldn’t do anything about it. After talking with friends, we decided to go elsewhere and get a full refund, but I haven’t received any reply confirming the refund and I’m still waiting for the money to be processed and credited to my account.
