This Wyndham‑branded hotel had very professional service, the front desk was very warm and the English was excellent, offering a lot of help. The room was large, quiet, and very clean, with a continental breakfast that started earlier than most Georgian hotels, perfect for travelers catching early trains. The train station was a 5‑minute walk away, and a Carrefour was downstairs, making shopping and travel very convenient; it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Georgia.

The location was great, about a 5‑ to 10‑minute walk from the train station, and the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. Nothing to add.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, asking about my preferences ahead of time and arranging everything we requested. The room and beds were comfortable. However, there was an odd smell in the hotel that I couldn’t identify, likely from humidity or poor ventilation. The breakfast area felt unclean: tables weren’t wiped properly, dishes and utensils were washed in a sink right next to the dining room, and the same area was used for cutting salads and fruit, giving a non‑hygienic vibe. Service during breakfast could be better. The water boiler was often empty, even after several guests tried to use it, and nobody refilled it for a long time. The same happened with tea, milk, and other items; once they ran out, they weren’t restocked quickly. Overall, the breakfast was acceptable, but cleanliness, hygiene, and basic service needed major improvement.
